For those who do not understand how the submissions work, usually a Studio, in this case FOX, will choose what series and actor/actress to submit for consideration, along with a handful of episodes as demonstration of their work. However, just because a studio does not submit an Actor/Actress, they themselves can still submit their own submission reel for consideration.
